Nihonkeizai Shimbun 日本経済新聞, Feb 10, 2006 - Tokyo District Public Procecutor's Office 東京地方検察庁 filed suspension of prosecution to former Toshiba subsidiary person, 31, and Russian trade official, 36, on Feb 9, 2006.
